About Me

Tristen "T-Bone" Smith was born in Wheeling, WV on August 19, 1992. He received a mini telecaster electric guitar at age 4. By age 11 he was performing regularly at local fairs and festivals and also began competeing against adults in the Colgate Country Showdowns.T-Bone's music style is Country with some Classic Rock influence.

He has performed on WWVA's Jamboree USA. He has also performed at Jamboree in the Hills in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008, as well as the Ryman Auditorium, PNC Park, WesBanco Arena and on Royal Carribean's Sovereign of the Seas cruise ship.T-Bone has been on the same bill as David Lee Murphy, Lee Roy Parnell, Little Texas, Mark Chesnutt, The Wreckers, Bucky Covington, Sawyer Brown, Montgomery/Gentry, Sammy Kershaw, The Charlie Daniels Band, The Marshall Tucker Band,Jewel, Brad Paisley, Hank Williams Jr. and Brooks & Dunn. At Jamboree in the Hills 2007 T-Bone was asked to take the stage with Neal McCoy and perform a song with Neal and his band. He has since played several times with the Neal McCoy Show.In the winter/spring of 2008, at age 15, he completed his first cd project titled "My Kind Of Cool". This cd features 3 original tunes written by Nashville guitarist, Sean Carson.In January of 2009, at the Nutter Center in Dayton, OH, T-bone joined Brad Paisley on stage to play guitar solos on the BB King duet, "Let the Good Times Roll".T-Bone exclusively plays Crook Custom Guitars.
