My interest is cooking and baking...I would love to have my own fine dining or casual dining restaurant/bakery someday...If I earn enough money I will then try to cater my food but only in small. Its more fun that way and more interactive with the client.

My mother is my hero because she is an inspiration to me, my sisters and her students...If I could only have the courage, drive,faith, and ambition that she acquires would make me a better person I am today...She is the greatest mom but expressing that feeling to her is so difficult cause of what she has done...It can never be replaced by a simple thank you...Anyways, I love my mother!
