Born and raised in the "Boogie Down" Bronx, NY;
I'm a first generation Cuban-American (dipped in brown sugar from head2toe - yes, Cubans come in all colors, sigh). My parents are highly creative, talented, artistic and crazy, (Dad is singer, composer, percussionist; Mom is fiercely independent yet devoted mother, artist, designer and entrepreneur).
I have fond memories of my childhood, with all sorts of musicians and artistic types jamming at our house and sleeping over wherever they found a spot (on the floor, on the chair, even in the bathtub!) cause they simply were too stoned to even care. (ah, the good old days!)
Loving life each day, especially since my baby girl was born, I've recently relocated to West Los Angeles to "try it out".
Though I'm feeling like a fish out of water - the weather is nice here, but oh how I miss NYC!So, I'm hoping I make new friends here in LA and in "myspace".
