A & R Brewery

Greetings everyone!These are some very exciting times for A&R. For those of you out of the loop, A&R started in an apartment kitchen with one ambitious goal in mind...to make great tasting brew! With the exception of A&R's first batch, the results have been exceptional! Thus far, we have made 8 different styles of ale. Within those styles, A&R has experimented with various ingredients which we feel best respresents that particular style. Everything from robust to light, from sweet to bitter, to dark to gold. We have something for everyone...and yes, I'm talking to all the hopheads out there. The experimentation has been eye opening. As a result, A&R has a hand full of original recipes we cherish. So far, only a hand full of individuals have been fortunate enough to sample the finish products. The general consensus has been extraordinary.In the near future (in about a month's time), A&R plans to host a beer tasting. Like any small microbrewery, we cherish everyone's feedback. Well, almost everyone. There was one particular individual who claimed the Extra Pale Ale tasted like Great White Wit....wrong. If you have a heartbeat, you would stongly agree with me.Currently, A&R is brewing the Extra Pale Ale again as well as an Irish Red Ale for St. Patrick's Day. We are looking forward to the day when we can enjoy these fine ales with some friends. We are hoping to save some Irish Red for the upcoming tasting. If anyone is interested, please rely back.
