HOLD FAST MACHINING

ll machines are completely hand made by K.J. The frames are cut out of cold rolled steel, filed, and shaped by hand so no two are exactly the same. The coils have a steel core and are wound by hand. The springs are hand-cut for every machine. All bindings and small parts are turned in-house by K.J. They are then assembled, adjusted, and run in for a minimum of five hours before being shipped. These machines are set up to be very versatile. Liners will line soft for fine line work or fast and hard for round shader work. Shaders will run soft for black and grey work or hard and fast for large magnum work.
et in the backwoods of South County, Rhode Island on a secluded eleven acres, this machine shop is a true "Yankee Workshop" of sorts. With no cable, internet, or phone to speak of, this envrionment provides the solitude to be able to work without interruption. Heated primarily by a wood stove in the winter and cooled by opening the doors in the summer, this shop is geared for year-round operation!
