Mythology of the mist-covered Carpathian Mountains in Slovakia, pirate Bulgarian vinyls of the 60's English bands, praying in the secret chamber of an alpine chateau while German police raided the place for illegal workers, fishing with my grand-dad and getting my first taste of Zen, number of hyphenated jobs ranging from ski-instructor, through dog-walker to teaching-music-autistic-children, burning ghats of Varanasi, sailing down the Mekong River with my soul-mate, landing of raven on a frosty autumn grass, London, love, friends, enemies... These are all irreplaceable ingredients of the rich brew that fuels music of Gabriel KAIN.During my London apprenticeship as a lead guitarist with baby doll punks 'Miss T & The Japanese Tourists' I had pleasure and honor to record with Gordon Raphael, support Gary Numan, play Dublin Fringe Festival and hear our songs being announced by the soothing voice of John Kennedy on XFM. Since the band passed away of natural causes two years ago, I've been locked up in the darkest and secretest corner of my soul, where I've been cooking collection of songs that came to be known as the EP "Glass In The Grass". Its vast sonic valleys have soon started asking to be filled by fauna and flora of another guitar, violin, piano, cello, and the fragile crystal columns of its chorus temples whispered they could speak to the gods much clearer with the support of bass and drums... And so my band - The Ables have come about, rehearsing and chiseling the songs that are soon going to be unleashed at the unsuspecting listening public like an unstoppable sonic avalanche...
