He has worked hard at perfecting his Elvis Presley tribute show. Steve not only has the look of Elvis down but he can sing and entertain with the same intensity and passion. Mr Billy Poole keeps Elvis looking good and sounding great. He travels with Steve as the sound and lighting man. Steve has a long song list that he mastered, from the familiar, “Teddy Bear†and “Heartbreak Hotelâ€, to the classic “Love Me Tender†and “Burning Love.†His 40 to 60 minute show is packed with music from the 50’s, 60’s to the 70’s, all done Vegas style. Steve has been performing his tribute show since 1996. He has performed at many large fairs, festivals and homecoming events. The Elvis show is always a big hit at night clubs, corporate and private functions as well as wedding receptions. Steve has taken his show on the road to Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia. He can be seen performing at the TriState Racetrack and Gaming Center - Crosslanes WV, several times through out the year. He has performed at the Mountaineer Days festival in Blackwater Falls - Thomas,WV for the last 9 years. Steve also donates a performance to a couple of local charities, American Cancer Societies Relay For Life and the Rollers Wheelchair Basketball Team. In 2005 Steve participated in a 3 day Elvis Presley convention in Ohio. D.J. Fontana, Elvis' drummer for many years was present to watch them all perform. As a tribute to his late father, Steve unfurls his military casket flag during his performances of "American Trilogy".The flag can be seen in the background of some of the photos.
