I've just written and recorded some new demo material which you can listen to on this page.
Being of Philippine ancestry but growing up in the UK, my experiences of both cultures as a Filipino-Brit have contributed greatly in shaping my music.
At the moment, the way the music industry is going, if you're not in the mainstream you're obviously outside of it, which is cool with me... I'd much rather do my own thing than conform, thats just an easy decision to make.
"Unsigned" is the new revolution.
My diverse global rock influences are also major factor in my sound. I've never been easily pigeon-holed into the British contemporary music scene, but thats also what sets me uniquely apart and makes me stand out, which is great.
Infact, Ive learned that just being yourself is more than enough, since theres no other you. And that you can inspire others, just by being inspired yourself.
Two EP's down the line, "Nightsong" (2002) and "Comin Home" (2007) Ive been steadily working on recording new demo material. The new songs will be a testimony to how much I've grown and developed musically. There are a variety of different musical directions Im taking with these new songs, its all really exciting in the studio right now."
I think the fans will see a different side to me with these new tracks and Im really looking forward to playing them live.
