Amy was raised in Washington state. However she has also lived in New York as well, where she went to school for musical theater at the American Dramatic and Musical Academy. Which means she knows how to SING, DANCE, and ACT! She was practically born with a love for music. Amy grew up singing in church and school talent shows. She is known for her outrageous sense of humor! A lesser known fact is that Amy knows quite a bit of German, having lived there for three years a child. Amy has a unique sound and an electic musical taste. She can sing everything from funky R&B to soul to rock. Most recently, Amy was featured on American Idol, where she made it to the top 24.
