Simply Stated, It Can Only Mean One Thing - *****MARGO HAS ARRIVED***** As one of the most endearing and enigmatic persons you would ever meet, MARGO has developed and honed her craft through the years of hard work and tremendous dedication. Hailing from Boston MA, MARGO is no stranger to the music industry. At the tender age of 13, she began her recording career with Capital Records as a solo artist, working with producers Lambert & Potter who also produced for THE FOUR TOPS and TAVARES. These talented combinations also helped provide MARGO with such hits as "SOUL OF A WOMAN" and "EXPRESSWAY TO YOUR HEART". On the strength of traveling and the on going hits, MARGO was able to parlay her vocal talents into collaberations with such singer/songwriters and producers as GAMBLE & HUFF and LUTHER VANDROSS. But it wasn't until MARGO and two of her friends from high school got together and were called upon by the illustrious RICHARD " DIMPLES " FIELDS and the 9.9 legacies were born. These soulful singers with the help of RICHARD " DIMPLES " FIELDS and the partnership of Belinda Wilson and Eddie Sims were immediatly signed to RCA RECORDS, putting out such hits as "ALL OF ME FOR ALL OF YOU", and "I LIKE THE WAY YOU DANCE", which landed on BILLBOARDS TOP TEN URBAN SINGLES CHART, BILLBOARDS TOP TEN POP CHART, and TOP TEN CHARTS IN ENGLAND. The trio 9.9 has also appeared on such American Icon Shows such as AMERICAN BANDSTAND, SOLID GOLD, SOUL TRAIN, DANCE FEVER and BET VIDEO LP. Osmosis-The Transformation Of One Thing To Another ... LADY SOUL was the beginning of that transformation, signed to HOLLYWOOD RECORDS. This trio self-debut album was the brain trust of the incredibly talented MAURICE STARR, GORDON WORTHY and the multitalented MARGO THUNDER, who wrote and co-produced "GIVE U ALL MY LOVE" and "EVERYTHING CHANGES". "DONT FORGET ABOUT ME" which was the 1st single released on the album", was soon to be followed up with LADY SOUL'S hit song "IF MY SISTER IS IN TROUBLE", which graces the sound track of the WHOOPI GOLDBERG hit movie "SISTER ACT". Margos sense of style and her talented ear for vocals allows her to fit the right vocalist with the right lyrics, and that is an understatement.
