About Me

I've often been described as "intense", and I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not, but it's probably accurate. I live life week to week, and that's about as far as my planning goes.

I've got a couple of screws loose, but that's just because I lost my screwdriver. At least my nuts and bolts are still in the right place.

Anyway, I'm always here for a friend, however minor, and I want to meet others who share that same trait. Friends are your stronghold against a relatively antagonistic world, and I want to meet people that are willing to stand together rather than pull each other's hair out.

V for Vendetta, Requiem for a Dream, Fight Club, Dark City, Vanilla Sky, To Wong Foo, Saved, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Mothman Prophecies, Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels, Snatch, What Dreams May Come, DEBs, Metropolis, Vampire Hunter D, etc. The list goes on and on...

Television:

[adult swim], Lost, Desperate Housewives, Alias, Stargate, Mystery Science Theatre 3000, Invader Zim.

Books:

Excession, Vacuum Diagrams, Ring World Series, Look to Windward, The Reality Dysfunction Sextet, Clarke's Rama Series, the Uplift Saga, Engines of God, Deep Six, The Years of Rice and Salt, Robinson's Mars Trilogy... I should really be listing authors, rather than books, since I tend to read series.
