Jessica Begley Hall

Jessica Begley Hall has always known music was going to be a big part of her life. Coming from a musical famly, she began singing in public at the age of five and has never looked back. She first started singing in church where she developed a love for gospel music. When she was twelve she joined a well-known group called Richard Jett’s Appalachian Troubadours where she still sings country, bluegrass and gospel music at various state parks, festivals, schools and benefits.After high school, Jessica spent three summers singing at Paramount’s Kings Island theme park in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has recorded songs with Billy Kirsch, songwriter of 1998 CMA Song and Single of the Year "Holes In The Floor of Heaven". She has also recorded commercials for the Drew Carey Show and ABC Network. Jessica was a member of the gospel group “Higher Destination” for several years, singing lead and harmony vocals. During this time, "Higher Destination" was honored to be showcased and perform during the GMA Dove Awards in Nashville, TN.Jessica has been a regular entertainer at Renfro Valley Entertainment Center and member of the Renfro Valley Jamboree since 2004 . While at Renfro Valley, Jessica released her debut solo album "Long Time Coming" in the fall of 2005. She has also recorded and been featured on numerous albums including Appalachian Troubadours' "Making Dreams Come True" and "A Collection of Favorites", Higher Destination's "Heart and Soul", and Renfro Valley's "Christmas in the Valley 2006".Jessica also gives voice and piano lessons to local youth in hopes of developing a love for music in others.
