Cafe Umbra de Noapte is a place where you can feel comfortable, a place where you can read, write, meet your friends. Or just have a cup of coffee and leave the burdensome of the day behind you. All these joined also by dark music (mainly Gothic, Gothic Metal, Medieveal, Electro and Industrial) and dimly-lit Gothic atmosphere. We offer varieties of coffee and tea specialties; softdrinks; beer; wine; spirits; Absinth; nonalcoholic, alcoholic and Absinth-Cocktails as well as season-specials like Ice-Coffee and fresh Ice-Tea in summer or spiced wine and spiced coffee in winter.
The whole Cafe Umbra crew speaks Romanian and English, partly also Hungarian, French, Norvegian, Polish, Japaneze, Spanish and German.

Direction: Cluj-Napoca is the capital of Transylvania and can easily be reached by train, bus or plane.Take a bus or tram to the center, station "Memorandumului" or "Mihai Viteazu". From the statue of "Matthias Rex" it is only a very short walk through some nice small streets of the historical center. The Café Umbra is located near the "Casa Matei Corvin".
