Biography:
Her:Enemy are a three piece hailing from surrey and hampshire, trying to steer clear of a 'scene' or genre the band think's their music speaks for itself. 'we don't try to fit into a scene we just write good music and every song we write we try to push a little bit harder' say's front man Craigy Lee. 'we like to listen to interesting bands like biffy clyro or reuben these bands don't fit in they play what they enjoy playing'
Her:Enemy's constant touring and gig schedule has seen them play with many different styles of music from metal to ska, notably Capdown, the Uk subs, adequate seven and captain everything. playing some high profile venues along the way such as the Camden Underworld the official BBC Radio 1 John Peel Day in Bristol and Extreme Fest.
Originally called 'Sucka' Various self released CDs emerged in March 2005 the band self released 'Goodbyes the Hardest part' produced by Graham Spence (Bloc Party, Mystery Jets). Hitting the road on a 2 week UK tour they sold out 300 copies. This was quickly followed two months later by a self titled three track e.p. 2000 copies of this were pressed up and sold during tours and from internet sales on their website. Features in Rocksound and Playmusic Magazines and airplay on local radio stations have given the band the drive and determination to continue recording and touring.
Recentley the band entered the studio to Record with producer Peter Miles (Howards Alias/Twofold/The Steal) over four days. the outcome their most accomplished and catchy cd to date. But hey dont take our word for it stick it in your CD player and make your own mind up!
