PUMPKIN CAKE: 4 Whole Eggs, 2 Cups (Plain) Sugar, 1 Cup Salad Oil, 2 Cups Flour, 2 t. Soda, 2 t. Cinamon, 1/2 t. Salt, 2 Cups Pumpkin (15 oz. can). Beat eggs together with the sugar until light and well blended. Add the oil, continuing to beat, Sift ingredents togehter and throughly beat into the egg mixture. Add pumkin mixing well again. Pour into well greased and floured 9 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until done. Let stand in pan 10 minutes then turn onto rock to cool. Serve plain of with cream cheese icing.
