About Me
Good Luck Studios is a professional recording facility, Owned and run by Producer/Engineer Mark Wallis.Based in Crystal Palace South East London.
The studios are spread over the two floors of an old stable block.Downstairs is the main control room and recording area, which can accommodate up to 9 musicians playing together live.
There is a Collard & Collard baby grand piano, an amazing DW drum kit and a 1970’s Traynor bass amp, apparently Neil Young’s amp of choice! We also have access to a vintage Hammond C3 organ.
The control room is relaxed and comfy, Mark runs a large Pro-Tools rig, for recording and this is augmented by a Focusrite/Digidesign console.Upstairs has a big friendly chillout room with cable TV, Internet, DVD’s, playstation etc and a kitchen and dining area.
Also upstairs is a 2nd large control room/-programming room, which is really useful when working on projects as the two rooms are networked together and while recording goes on downstairs editing etc can take place up here.
