Dj Romeo Born in Trinidad and Tobago on the 9th April 1985 started to Dj at the age of 12 was influenced by Dj Am when I first moved to the USA in 2005 to attend college. I started listening to Hip hop at the age of 18 at that time I was still in Trinidad and Tobago the land of soca music and carnival where artist like bunji Garlin,Machel Montano are the peak of the music around carnival time. since I moved to the USA I been getting into Hip hop more and more and I listen to hot 104.1 saint Louis every weekend to here the djs mix to get accustom to the style of music in saint Louis so I can get into the style of music they like in the Midwest. so one day I decided to listen to z 107.7 fm and I became more into remix and dance music, then I said to myself I will do and play all type of music. So I started to collect all Pop ,house,electronic,dance,soca music and Hip hop music after listening all mix shows during the night and on mix tapes I listen. I then venture out to the music store to get me some Turntables and I decide to take up serato one time and from that day on ward I been mixing in every event for my college and any event around my school our out of town events I dj at to get that exposure. been djing 12 years now. still going strong.
Today I stand in my bedroom which is filled with 6 CD cases and a box of CD's I ripped to mp3 since the invention of serato.
