About Me

Music has always been a major part of my life. I have been playing the piano since I was 7, and picked up my first guitar at age 12. Under highly coincidental circumstances the bass became my main instrument in 1997, which it has been ever since. Then, from 1998 to 2003, I studied the "fine-art-of-bass-handling" (you carry it on your right, approx. 40 cm. above the ground...) at the music conservatory in Aalborg, Denmark.

Since 2000 I have had the privilege and pleasure of playing with a handful of the very best musicians such as:Robben Ford , Alex Acuna ,Frank Gambale ,David Garfield ,Justo Almario ,Jeff Richman ,Uffe Steen andStaffan William-Olsson . Furthermore, I have been fortunate to play with some of the greatest Danish based musicians as well:Bobo Moreno ,James Sampson ,Caroline Henderson ,Jesper Thilo ,Finn Ziegler ,Troel Skovgaard ,Jacob Andersen,Aske Jacoby ,Bjarne Roupé,Debbie Cameron ,Helle Hansen ,Søren Reiff ,Martin Preisler ,Steen Hansen ,Henrik Bolbjerg andFabrizio Mandolini .

For a couple of years I had a little "polyphonic ringtone" business going on, and I produced quite a few tones to companies like DR, TV2, TV-2 Zulu, Mobilenation, 12send, and Egmont. Unfortunately evolution has beaten me, as practically all cell phones today use true-tones rather than polyphonic tones. But it was a lot of fun while it lasted… :-)
