ok confession time: i'm not really from TX, but since im gonna be spending most of my time there for the next couple of years it's kiiinda true :P my aussie buddy john told me to hit up this site, under the pretense of meeting his "very cool" friends, so here i am! i might as well make the most of this and connect with some other wicked people on the way. just finished freshie year at knoxville, loved it like mad! back home in oregon for the summer, cant wait to head back - missing my portland ppl like whoa. im not big on beer, but for portland, anything! when i first arrived in forth worth, the whole 21 thing irritated me no end. coming from a place where being 18 is good enough, the regression to "underaged-ness" was noooot amusing! but i chose to be there, so i dealt with it. sure, i dont hit up the clubs like i want, but then again that's what fakies are for riiiight? hehe. i havent completely embraced the whole kegger thing, but if there's dancing involved im set. love to dance (although im not amazing, i dont give a shit!) and love music -- wish i could actually do something with those two loves buuuuut i havent been blessed that way. used to dream id be a backup dancer for janet jackson, uh huh riiiight :P but im an aspiring drummer chica, been playing on-off for a couple of years and finally gonna work on actually getting good! another dream has gotta be to sing in a band. if one of these works out, id be happy like no other. but for the meantime, gtown,s my back up :P
