BIOGRAPHY
Alex Von Martin is an italian dj producer. He was born in Rome in March 19th 1987.His passion for the electronic sounds, started when he was 11, thanks to a fortuitous event: he was listening the radio without paying attention in his uncle's car when he discovered a Progressive Music broadcasting station. It was the 1998.
Since that moment, under good teachers' supervision like Dj Roby, Alex trained widely himself with mixer and record-player creating his style and increasing his culture of underground music movement too.
Thanks to Progressive music's simple and powerful metrics, he started to achieve the first experiments about musical production.
Recently he "fall in love" with his actual favorite kind of electronic music: Minimal. Alex often says:"Minimal is a perfect fusion between techno and electro-house music; it's nervous and extremely changeable, with Minimal music you can express your feelings and your sensations as good as possible".
Since 2004 Alex starts to perform in many clubs in Italy, like "La Crepa" (Modena), "Alien Disco" (Roma), Rashomond Club (RM) @ [Traintek], "Villa Rio Verde" (Castel Gandolfo, RM), "Gino Cesaroni Sport Palace" (Genzano di Roma, RM), etc. And also he collaborates with some artists like: Frankyeffe, Elio Milani (from radio m2o), Emiliano Pompili (from Suburbia), Mds, Emix (from Diabolika), Tranzlasagne (from Cocoricò), Luis (from Vanity production), Andrew Consoli, Fabio Folco, Stefano&Maurizio BSK, Edo Pietrogrande etc...
Since 2008 Alex is playng also with an Electro/Rock live band which name is PH-ARM
Production: In winter 2007/2008,The label "Second Side Records" has released on Juno Download.it the Alex Von Martin's first EP, wich name is "Secrets Ep"
