Some of the most painful things I have gone through in the past couple of years have opened up my eyes and helped me appreciate all the people and things in my life. Life can change in a blink of an eye so I try not to take anyone or anything for granted because you never know when it’ll be gone, which is something I learned the hard way. Every day isn’t guaranteed so I try to enjoy all the small things. People leave your life because their purpose for being in it is done, so I try to learn as much as I can from the people around me. I strongly believe pain is the fuel of passion because it helped me get my life back on track. When you hit rock bottom the only way left to go is up.
My life style has changed dramatically, I’m on that natural high now. I Still like to hit the club because dancing makes me happy. Family always comes first no matter what. I always go to my mom with all my problems, talk to my dad about sports, get in to trouble with my sister Brenda and go hit the clubs with my sister Vanessa. Friends are hard to find so that‘s why I only have a chosen few.
My days are filled with school and work so I’m constantly on the go. School is my main focused right now, I’m a senior at SFSU. Close to getting my BA and my next goal is my MA. Preschool kids are my passion but I’m currently working with youth in juvenile hall once a week and i love it. Just trying to take advantage of all that life has to offer.
