we got together in feburary 2007 and started reahearsing,
the way the name "Projectile vomit" was thought up for the band was beacause fat Dean (on the way to reahearsal) ran for the bus after eating vegi pasties and when the driver open'd the door he accidently projectile vomited all over the bus.
we then finally started doing some gig's, our first gig was in a metal bar with metal bands... where we did we broke the pa system the singer dean sounded like a fucking dalek off dr who.
after this we got more gig's playing even as far as north wales.
people seemed to like us even though we where pissed as fuck by the time we get on stage. graham our guitarist always has a two drink rule but this never seems to work. we recorded a demo in a pub function room which is on our page and sound's fucking terrible, but thats what D.I.Y is all about.
After this our old bassist lee left the band to join the hangmen, we later asked tommy to join the band, and after a 2 rehearsals we where ready to gig. The
first gig we did with tommy was in wales with Global Parasite and the Inner Terrestrials, which had a great turn out.
right now were waitng to record our 12 track album which should be available early march 2008....the story continues
gig review from 16th december with THE RESTARTS
"The crowd began to swell a little more and Projectile Vomit were soon in full swing with their Chaos UK/Disorder style of punk. Real crust and simplistic chords appealed to this crowd and frontman Fat Dean has a good interactive streak that he played like a good un' to this appreciative crowd. It was a basic, down-to-earth no frills set that exuded a real punk ethos and the only drawback was that Dean's vocals were dumbed down by an unforgiving PA."
