Mince Meat was formed in early 2007 by members of the bands, PUTRID PILE, FOETOPSY, and SCREAMING AFTERBIRTH. The idea of the band is to bring back the old school death/grind having the most influence by bands such as Napalm Death and Terrorrizer. This is a studio band and we dont plan on touring with Mince Meat. It's possible in the future to play an overseas festival or two sometime, but as of now we are just planning on putting out studio cds.
The idea is this...... all of these songs are going to be off of the top of our heads. Kinda like an open jam at a blues bar or something. We have never practiced a day in out lives together in one room before. The songs are short and to the point being between 1 to 2 mins. long. The drum tracks are already layed down and the songs are going to be far more then what was expected! The guitars, bass and vocals will be added shortly and we are all very excited to have this cd released into public hands! We are planning on the cd being released sometime this summer/early fall.
We have posted a couple of rough MP3's to give you all a taste of whats to come. This release will be SURE not to disappoint the fans of ANY of the bands listed above. We will talk to you all again very soon! CHEERS!
