I'm originally from Costa Rica.

I've played guitar since I was 6. I studied for a little bit some clasical and flamenco guitars, nothing really serius. But somehow I knew that acoustic guitars and classical style of playing was not for me, I always loved Rock.
It was not until I was 18 that me and some friends started Delito Indulto, a punk rock band, with a lot of metal influences. After 2 years (or maybe more don't remember) the band broke up, even though we were doing pretty good and people seem to liked us things just didn't work out between the band members.When I left D.I. I realize that what I wanted to play was something heavier, and more technical. Some friends of mine were looking for a new guitar guy and I decided to jump in.The band's name is "Sepulcro Vacio" (www.sepulcrovacio.com). Then I started challenging myself in the guitar, started practicing more, and more complicated stuff. Yngwie was one of biggest influences at the time.
After almost 9 years with S.V. and a lot of tours in different countries, I had to leave the band for very personal reasons.
I started another band called Malac, with one of my best friends ever Ricardo Muñoz (Ricky). It was very cool! cause all the musicians had already been in other bands, they were more mature (musically, and personally) and all of us had studied music some how. Then when things started to get interesting I decided to move to the U.S. for financial reasons. It has been really hard for me to come to a different culture and language, at least Minnesota has welcomed me very well (even winter!!! pretty mild... I can take it!!!) but I miss my family and friends...
Well even though I'm not playing with anybody right now I keep myself practicing and composing new stuff, I started to experiment with industrial music (not doing very well!!! indeed!!!). But any way I hope to find musicians and being able to do one of the things I really love MUSIC...Me playing with Sepulcro Vacio in Puebla, Mexico!!!
