I am a Guitar Picker in the Los Angeles area. I also play Bass, Mandolin, Dobro, Banjo and Ukulele. I have played in countless bands as band leader or backing other artists by playing and recording the music I love. Those styles are 50's ROCK N' ROLL, 60's ROCK, BLUEGRASS, CLASSIC (Pre-1980) COUNTRY, SURF MUSIC, MEMPHIS 60's SOUL, SOUTHERN ROCK, certain HARD/CLASSIC ROCK, some forms of JAZZ but most importantly BLUES and ROCKABILLY. I am into most ROOTS music including but not limited to TEX-MEX, ZYDECO, POLKA, REGGAE, DIXIELAND, HAWAIIAN, 60's ROCK EN ESPANOL, MARIACHI, JUMP/BOOGIE, BIG BAND and WESTERN SWING. It's gotta ROCK or I'm gone!
I have been playing with "ROCKABILLY REBEL" RAY CAMPI since 1977. I have toured England with Ray 5 times including the legendary ROLLIN ROCK ROADSHOW 1977 on which I also played Lead Guitar for ROCKABILLY SINGER, MAC CURTIS' first British tour. Ray and I have also performed twice at the huge AMERICANA INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL in England. In 1979 our band RAY CAMPI AND HIS ROCKABILLY REBELS was featured in the Rock and Roll Documentary Film "BLUE SUEDE SHOES" . My Guitar playing is also heard in the 2006 Movie "REBEL BEAT, THE STORY OF L.A. ROCKABILLY" during the Ray Campi concert.
I played on several ROLLIN' ROCK RECORDS when ROCKIN' RONNY WEISER was based here in California. I have also produced some of Ray's latest recordings.
I produce my own records and they are available either from BlueBeatMusic.com or directly from myself. I also produce my own original guitar instrumentals in different Rockin' styles which are available for use in soundtracks, commercials or as jingles. My original songs are published by Ray Campi's Winsor Music - BMI . They are administered by Bug Music .

Kevin, an amazing guitarist, and in recent years a songwriter, music producer and vocalist, entered my life when he joined my Rockabilly Rebel band in 1977. Two tours of England followed shortly and our close friendship has advanced since that time as we still perform live and record together.
