She has been singing and dancing since the age of two and started writing songs at a very young age; when she realized this is what she's meant to do. She has performed in dance recitals, dance competitions, talent shows and musicals in and out of her high school career. She also participated in many shows and events in church and partook in some modeling jobs on the side.
Christina has studied and very much enjoys Ballroom dance, Hip-Hop, Jazz, and Modern. Although she has studied many styles since the age of three. Christina grew up listening to many great singers of the world. Billie Holiday, Etta James, Ella Fitzgerald, Diana Ross, and Frank Sinatra, which were all playing in the background of her childhood. She enjoys music from many different cultures. Which she fuses into her own style. Music has changed her entire life, being her primary source of expression. Christina loves being surrounded by music and all that it embodies. They're a handful of talented performers throughout her family. Christina was raised around artists and singers, starting with her grandfather, following to her mother, down to her two brothers. By her junior year of high school she was accepted into The Nassau Boces Cultural Arts Center in Syosset, now known as The Long Island School of The Arts, where she studied for 2 years and majored in Musical Theater. She partook in many shows at the Cultural Arts Center. In her last year she was accepted to the Cultural Arts Jazz Company and Swing Company.
Songs are lyrical poetry to Christina and because she's constantly thinking, she is pretty much always writing. Her main focus now is perfecting her music and broadcasting it. Christina has been seen collaborating with other artists. Music is her passion. She yearns to create and learn more about her craft and Musicianship. She is pursing a career in performance and currently graduated at Five Towns College as a VOCAL JAZZ major. (Jazz Commercial Music) Christina has performed numerous times in The Great American Song Book at Five Towns College, which represents one of America's true cultural treasures, exemplified by the most popular songwriters such as Rodgers & Hammerstein, Gershwin, Porter, Berlin, Lerner & Lowe and Harold Arlen. These shows, which contain many performers singing popular standards, serve as access into the world of human emotions and the heart! If any of you love the music from 1920 and 1960 or yearn to learn, or simply enjoy jazz, please don't hesitate to attend.
Educating herself and pursuing her goals, holds the promise of making Christina the versatile performer she desires to be. Whether it is taking lyrics and melodies to a deeper place or just being able to entertain; Christina's there! She is currently in the middle of writing and recording new, original, material and plans on devoting her time to her music, post Graduation. She longs to make others around her happy in the elements of music. Hoping to touch others with hers. She feels that it is best to follow every dream, no matter how big and hopes for a bright future in the music industry. Christina shall have this love affair for music, that shall last her lifetime! Influences:

"Music itself, in all its aspects, acts as my inspiration!! Without music, I am incomplete! My life wouldn't be the same. Many people can relate. Music is my primary source of expression. It takes me away to my own world, where imagination and emotion are intensified and endless possibilities overflow. I am viewed as an acrane person. Singing, writing, and dancing has been my therapy to connect to not only myself but to others. I feel i can truly be myself comfortably through it, without feeling strange for how i feel. It allows the expression of inner feelings and unspoken words. Everything makes more sense. I find my home in lyrics, beats, melodies, and rhythms. I eat, breathe and drink it. I love making music and performing and pretty much any way i can be apart of it. I know how profound music can make an impact, and i hope people can connect to mine. I thank God for it because without God and Music the world would be dead. -Christina Janine" ♫♪

My mother is a major influence to me, being a singer and the one who introduced me, as a child to music. She sounds like a Disney princess, completely angelic. I swear when i listen to jazz ballads i can always hear her voice singing them. She used to sing with a flower in her hair, and now i do. My mother and father are great lyricists and motivators to me. They taught me to sing about life lessons and good character. My brothers are the most talented people i have ever encountered. Joseph and Vincent Ricciardi. They constantly teach, guide, and support me! I can say i enjoy my family's performances more than many things. God influences me as well. Giving me a reason to write. To enlighten others by knowing that their not the only ones out there who may be feeling a particular way. Mostly, To give positive messages, and uplifting feelings, understanding emotions and everyday situations.

Artists that influence range from very diverse genres: Etta James, Billie Holiday, Christina Aguilera, Ella Fitzgerald, Michael Buble, Stevie Wonder, Renee Olsteed, Natashia bedingfield, John Legend, Norah Jones, Amy Winehouse, India Arie, Beyonce, Kelly Clarckson, Jason Mraz, Gavin Degraw, Aretha Franklin, Maria Mena, Hope, Jewel, Adele, Alanis Morrisette, Louis Prima, Bobby Darren, Nat King Cole, Diana Ross, Whitney Houston, Stacie Orrico, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Alicia keys, Joss Stone, Regina Spektor, Anna Nalick, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Louie Armstrong, Doris Day, Bessie Smith, Peggy Lee, Julie London, Clien Dion, Pink, Imogean Heap/Frou Frou, Sade, The Script, Mariah Carey, Michael Jackson, Anita Oday, Sara Bareilles, Chrisette Michelle, Jane Monheit, Maroon 5, Coldplay, Cary Underwood, and Shania Twain. I would love to one day sing with Michael Buble. Can't forget all of the oldies, blues, soul, jazz, gospel, cultural music, pop, R&B, show tunes, smooth jazz, acid jazz, and movie soundtracks that motivate me as well!

Dance Wise: Janet Jackson, Micheal Jackson, Missy Elliot, Shakira, Ciara, Chris Brown, Usher and Professional Ballroom dancers!
