Hi I'm KuKa or otherwise known as CHARLES the Cable Guy or Chuck to my friends in Brownsburg or Chuckalucka to my Poker buddies. I have a degree in secondary Art Education at Ball State University where I studied fine art and photography. I'm currently working for Comcast Cable and I'm the official Cable Guy of the INDIANAPOLIS COLTS. I take care of most of the players, coaches and staff. I've been selling my paintings for a couple of years and display a handful of paintings out of one of the restaurants (So Italian) in Brownsburg and I have sold 12 paintings to 8 of the Indianapolis Colts players. I just finished a commision for a McDonald's restraurant for 5 paintings. And currently working on another painting for a colts player.I am working with acrylics and mixed media and doing what I call a modern style impressionistic and abstract art. I am not much into paintings that make people say “oh that’s prettyâ€. I want my paintings to stand out and say “Wow!†There are hundreds of artist out there that can spend weeks painting pretty scenery. I would much rather make a painting that will explode with color and make me feel good about my personal style and I want people to buy my art for the same reason. Many artists on the internet are selling paintings for thousands of dollars for stuff I can do for half. I believe in covering my cost and my time. I’m not out to get rich doing my paintings and I just hope if someone likes my paintings they will tell their friends and I’ll be asked to make one for them. I play soccer and I golf as much as I can- and play poker with many of my golf buddies. I have traveled to South America and Can't wait to go back to Rio de Janeiro.
