About Me
Greg began his creative career at the Sony Music art department, working on album / cd packaging for major label artists. His interest in other design formats drew him into the field of animation and motion graphics, where Greg found great satisfaction in creating DVD menus, commercial graphics, animated logos, and discovered a true joy in mixing motion graphics & music.
Soon thereafter, Greg opened his creative firm, Tandem Digital, and has since been exploring the world of Film & Television—working on opening segments and Visual Effects for broadcast television shows on NBC, TLC, OXYGEN, ABC, and GSN. Addtionally, Tandem provides website design, industrial video production, DVD menuing and authoring, as well as live event design.
Greg recently completed 2 live motion pieces for the rock group RUSH, and their Snakes and Arrows World Tour. One piece plays live during the finale of Neil Peart's drum solo, and the other is a visual element for "Red Barchetta"—a classic from Rush's "Moving Pictures" album.
After 22 years of playing and writing music, Greg has is starting to spread his creative efforts into writing for television and film. Latest works include main title theme music for Campus Ladies on the Oxygen network, 4 original compositions for the feature-film "Population 436", as well as a piece for Hyde Park Entertainment's animated theatrical logo, which was created by Tandem Digital as well.
In 2007 Greg will be starting on an album of original material.
