I have 2 beautiful children and a very supportive circle of friends/family. I'm in the gym 2-3 times a day 6 days a week. I try consuming 6 meals a day. Oh and maintain sanity. Sooo anyone who competes or tries to compete knows scheulding is the most essential tool.I became a member of the NPC last year (2006) and competed in my first show at the 2006 John Sherman Classic here in Houston. I had a great time and got third in the Womens Novice Middle Weight Bodybuilding category. It was wonderful to leave my first show with a trophy. I wanted MORE!!!! It's funny because my friends/family tell me how impressed they are with my self determination in the gym I tell them not to confuse obsessive compulsive with disciple, the disciple is all in the dieting~to me that's the hardest part!!!This year I have decided to really focus on fine tuning my physique so I made the decision to move over to Figure Competitionsand train with Mary Hobbs of Team TX Muscle. For 2007 I competed in the Ronnie Coleman Classic in Dallas, TX and received 3rd place, then the John Sherman Classic in Houston, TX and received 2nd place, then the Dexter Jackson in Jacksonville, FL received 3rd place, and finally the Europa Show in Dallas, TX and received 10th place out of about 30 girls. I received very positivce feedback from the one and only Lee Thompson chairman for the Texas NPC and IFBB Pro judge on what I needed to work on for my first show of 2008 the NPC Arnold Classic in February. So off to the gym i go..........
