Phrequency (realname Tobias Heer), resides in Stuttgart, Germany. In the age of 19 he began DJing with a wellknown mix software. Soon he noticed that DJing is not a only a hobby for him and it's more than just pressing a sync-button. Due the years he upgraded his DJ gear and skills to a very high professional level. In the early years he got his first residencies and shows at clubstream.net, 2deejays-radio, deep-progressive-mix-radio and streamteam.de.
In the meaintime he is resident DJ, member and core developer at radioquintessenz.de / electrsound.tv. There he earnd some highend knowledge in shoutcast and icecast streaming, realtime video transcoding, live WebTV broadcasting from clubs, and he implemented various transport technologies for different mediaplayers. Beside his technical solutions he hosts his weekly and regular shows at radioquintessenz.de.
His weekly shows "minimal (re)solutions" are broadcasted every sunday afternoon between 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm (CET). Beside his weekly show he repeadly hosts a show called "electronic edge", where he invites other talanted or wellknown DJs and artists from and around Stuttgart, Germany. Furthermore 2009 phrequency released on "Punkt Vor Strich Digital" his first release "elven days" (CatNo: PVSD019), which got "played-by support" from some wellknown djs and artists like Masuki (CLR) or John Acquaviva (Definitive Recordings). Get ready and prepeared for some fresh output in 2010. In the past phrequency got some references at ha.bar (Stuttgart, Germany), Nature One Camp (Kastelaun, Germany), HBF (Rottweil, Germany), Ozon (Pforzheim, Germany), where he played his own interpretation of modern electronic dance music - a dark and smooth descent between minimal and techno, heavy subbass, crystal clear reverbs, spiced up by snapy claps and snares.
