i love when i can.
i have lips that always smile.
i have my mothers face.
i have my fathers stubbornness.
i sing constantly.
i have a man i can’t stop kissing.
i spill salt over my left shoulder to avoid bad luck.
i make cheesy jokes when i get nervous.
i make lists for everything.
i adore white lilies and pink tulips.
i despise that white shit people get in the corner of their bone-dry mouths.
i cry for no reason.
i write.
I find PEOPLE extremely intriguing. I find it amazing that so many people can make you feel so many different emotions. They can make you fall in love and smile and cry and hurt and hate and laugh and bleed and beg for more. And everyone one of these friends, family, passersby and acquaintances leave a little bit of themselves with you just as you leave some of who you are with them. And sadly it is so rare that you find the ones who TRULY impact your life- like a truck they’ll hit you and will make you question what you believed and all you thought you knew in an instant… these are the people I yearn for. The ones who live outside the box and make me question and think and examine it ALL.
