About Me

"I'm into performing arts so have a bit of an artistic flair! I love dressing up - fairy wings are the best!! At the moment I'm just trying to have as much fun as possible coz whats the point in living if you aren't gonna make it fun!!" Well that's what I wrote when I first joined MySpace, and I've grown up a lot since then. I'm in the process of changing my life completely as recent personal events have caused me to rethink everything I've ever believed and rather than wallow in the past, I've decided to move forward with my life and make some positive changes. I've just started at the University of Derby doing a BA in Creative Expressive Therapies specialising in Drama!! Loving it here so far :) I recently met my older sister and her kids for the first time so I'm looking forward to getting to know them. Kevin Smith films - Chasing Amy is probably my fave film of all time coz it's practically my life story!! Also love vampire and other horror films, sci-fi and fantasy, and musicals!!

Television:

Long live Dick Van Dyke!! Diagnosis Murder is definately one of the best tv programs ever - along with Sunset Beach of course!!! Apart from that I only really like things like Buffy/Angel, Charmed, Roswell, Dark Angel, Dr Who, Torchwood etc!! Oh and I have a soft spot for Friends!

Books:

Anne Rice - 'Vampire Chronicles' are fab and so are her other 'normal' books but her erotic novels are fantastic!!!!! Stephen King, Clive Barker, Dean Koontz, Laurell K Hamilton, Kelley Armstrong, 'Chronicles of Narnia', fairy tales, Shakespeare - the list is endless really! But James Herbert's 'Once' is the most amazing book!! All his books are brilliant but 'Once' has magic, sex, horror, faeries and allsorts of wonderful things in it!! Definately my fave book ever!

Heroes:

Tinkerbell, Rainbow Brite, Amy Lee (Evanescence) and my fantastic Mummy!!
