About Me

THE ABOVE SONGS ARE IN DEMO FORMAT, RECORDED ON AN ANALOG 8 TRACK RECORDER (PRE PROTOOLS DAYS FOLKS) WITH NO MASTERING HAVING BEEN DONE. PLEASE LISTEN WITH A HUGE GRAIN OF SALT.EOB was a band born of three friends. Three guys who truly respected each others tallent, and honestly enjoyed playing together. Mark and Shawn had been friends and played in varrious bands together since they were both 15. Alvin being a bit older was always the vetern that they looked up to, the "guy" on the scene. They first got together at a country north show gig in the mid 90's. Three rock guys playing country you ask? Well, that show is a professionally managed, high profile gig, where the best players get to show their stuff, a bit of an honor to get asked to play it. Mark and Alvin instantly clicked, the sort of groove that rarely happens so quickly and naturally. After the end of that gig the three talked about forming a rock project. A cover band called Juice was born with Nancy Hagen and Heidi Munro on lead vox, Shawn on guitar and vox, Mark on bass and vox, and Alvin on drums. EOB was an offshoot of that band, due to a desire to write original music, and the boys wanting to play in a power trio. These songs are a picture of what we were into at that time. Hopfully you dig 'em.
