The first steps in public were made in 1988 in a club called Logo in Stuttgart, where darko played the latest RnB, soul and hip hop tunes.
After being assigned as the official DJ for the hip hop combo called “ The South Side Spirits†two years later, everything started to take shape.
Later his intuition for a wide spectrum of musicgenres and styles grew and the electronic music became a big part of his musicportfolio.
This time he also organised his own parties, which were including the well known and loved party trains called “Train to Love†which were, as their name already implie,the trains to the "Love Parade" in Berlin.
1998 darko started producing his own electronic trax and used his dj-gigs to test them on the technocrowd. the feedback was incredible. he got his first electronic record release with his projekt D.T.M.D. which was released in 2000 on jerk records.
In the same year he could follow up with releases on Swop, 12 Inch Monkeys and More Monkey Business.
In a short time he developed his reputation as a captain of analog deep see diving and a known name behind and on the stage in germany´s techno scene.
Darko was creating dark and morbid atmospheres in fusion with the maximum power in combination with rhythm dynamics, which left an open invitation for dance floor.
Together with his friend Marco Zaffarano he launched his project "Plan_b" in 2001 and released his first record "infect" on EMF records.
A short period later, the second title which was a very prosperous 12“ issue, which was released with the name „Yeah …!!!“.
2003 Darko was adopted in to the Anima Rec.Family .
