Having a dog is all about being responsible especially when your dog has a reputation as a fighting dog. You, the owner are responsible for its behaviour, training and most importantly ensuring that the dog has an excellent, sound temprement. While a vast majority of owners are responsible and have very well behaved dogs, there are always a minority that do not train their dogs and allow them to be unruly or worse they provoke them into being vicious deliberately. It is because of these idiots that certain breeds of dogs are being witch hunted even though they have a sound temprement. The breed is being punished because of the behaviour of a minority and that is why this campaign was started. It is also really important to remember that ALL dogs have the capability to bite and attack. It is up to us the owners to take responsibility and ensure that they dont. No matter what the breed of dog.
