Wendy

Wendy Jensen is a Professional Musician from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. A classically trained pianist since the age of six, this artist has developed a passion for composing and performing instrumental music.Music has been a part of Wendy's life for over two decades. She has trained classically on the piano through the Royal Conservatory of Music program, trained for over 13 years on the Clarinet and completed training on the Organ after winning a scholarship in 2006 through the Royal College of Canadian Organists.Wendy began composing instrumental music in 2001. Her music is fresh and original with a hint of classical in each song. In 2006, Wendy was short-listed for the Enbridge Emerging Artist Award and attended the ceremony held at the Winspear Centre in Edmonoton (2nd Annual Evening of the Arts Awards).For the past five years Wendy has performed as the Organist for the Ansgar Danish Lutheran Church, a very special place she calls home. Wendy is interested in a career in the film industry and is looking for soundtrack projects to work on for exposure.
