I am a chef at the Hyatt Regency DFW, i have little experience in garde manger; which is cold foods including some carving. Since July i have been working the line during a very slow lunch "rush." Im not planning to stay much longer with this company cause i wish to work in a 5 star estabilshment. Also my love and i just had our second child, our oldest is 5 which is Alexis Marie, our newest baby named Kayleigh DaRay born on April 27th, which is very exciting. Lundy is a wonderful man. I am the happiest i have every been in my life, everything is layed back and secure how things are supossed to be.
