I am 50 years old, and single. I live a peaceful quiet life. In my last profile (about me) I made a statement that was not true, I said that I had no real family to speak of. I could not have been more blind. A very wise and great man has open my eyes. He told me that I carry my family within me. My family flows in my blood, my DNA. It does not matter what nation or tribe, we are all family. This wise and great man's words ran through my heart like a buffalo. I apologize for leaving you out, when I made this statement. I have visited many states and seen many interesting places and things. I grew up in East St. Louis Ill. near the Cahokia Mounds (Washington Park) I am of Native American blood, my grand mother was a full blood Northern Arapaho. I want to believe in the old ways and beliefs. My most memorable moment was, as a teen, I stood on the ground at Little Big Horn, on Last Stand Hill, next to the grave of the yellow hair and his 7th calvary. I've sat beside the grave of the daughter of Chief Dull Knife on the Trail Of Tears. Ive watched the buffalo at Yellowstone..Had my photo taken with a native brother at Mt. Rushmore, Stood before The Sacred Mountain...I have stood before the stone and iron gate at Wounded Knee..Pine Ridge Rez.. I am who I am, and I am PROUD. I DO NOT CLAIM TO BE ANYTHING ELSE. I love kids, they will do and say almost anything at any time. Sometimes with very funny results. I hope to meet that special someone someday, but for now I'm content having the many friends I have. I have a beautiful daughter..Angie, and three great..grand children..Kalib..Lani..and Blake who I dont get to see near enough, (distance in miles and years.
