Orlando Delbert is the Founder and Creative Director for Delbert Entertainment, LLC. He specializes in visual effects, as well as title sequences for digital film and video projects.
He has also worked with Mondrado Filmworks, as well as Double Vision Entertainment to produce and develop independent feature films, television commercials, music videos, and advertising campaigns Internationally.
Orlando has worked for FOX Digital as a Graphic Artist. He and his team designed and supported the graphic needs of FOX SPORTS, FOX SPORTS NET, FX, Speed Channel, and FoxSports.com. Shows include MLB on FOX, NFL on FOX, The Last Word with Jim Rome, The Best Damn Sports Show Period, as well as national and regional news programming and promotionals. They have had several Sports Emmy Nominations including receiving The 2002 National Sports Emmy Award for Outstanding Achievement in Graphic Design for NFL ON FOX: SUPER BOWL XXXVI, The 2001 National Sports Emmy Award for Outstanding Achievement in Graphic Design for NASCAR ON FOX, as well as The 2000 National Sports Emmy Award for Outstanding Achievement in Graphic Design for MLB ON FOX.
He also has been a Graphic Artist for Entertainment Tonight and The Insider. He has created motion graphics and news elements for the daily and weekly episodes of the International and Nationally syndicated entertainment news magazines.
Orlando has worked on The Dr. Phil Show as a Graphic Artist. The show had many unique demands, including the fulfillment of animated Interstitial and Segment graphics, projected live during tapings on an on-stage screen, as well as used in segment pieces and promotionals.
He has worked for Television Games Network as their Advanced Graphic Designer and Animator. He has developed their on-air identity, as well as their promotional media for their unique coverage of Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse Racing, for shows such as The Works.
Orlando was also the Senior Graphic Artist for Telemundo - KVEA 52 in the Promotions Department. He conceptualized, designed and storyboarded campaigns to promote network and news programming, as well as for commercials, special events and promotionals to be used on-air, as well as for print media.
He has also worked as a Texture Map Artist and Graphic Designer for The Pixel Factory in Orlando, Florida. He created and applied textures onto 3-Dimensional geometry, as well as painted digital mattes for motion rides such as Wimpys Spell Battle for TOGO International/TOEI Movie Studios in Japan, as well as for the 101 Dalmatians game for Disney Interactive. He has also created print promotionals for several Busch Gardens properties, as well as for Universal Studios.
Orlando has also worked for KCBS2, KTTV FOX11 and KCAL9 in Los Angeles, as well as for WTVT FOX13 Tampa Bay as a Broadcast Designer primarily for live on-air news programming.
Originally from New York, he has worked on many projects in Film, Television, Theatre and Music prior to moving to Los Angeles.
By age four he was performing on stage with his parent’s theatre troupe, The Children’s Hispanic Shadow Puppet Theatre of New York. He can be seen in several film and television projects shot in New York and Miami, such as Sweet Nothing with Michael Imperioli and Mira Sorvino.
He has been a Lighting Designer and Assistant Audio Engineer in New York and Miami. He has worked on productions of Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Starting Here, Starting Now, and many others. He has also been audio support for International and Local acts, such as The Goo Goo Dolls, and Blessed Union of Souls.
Orlando has also has played on more then seventy recordings as a studio drummer and percussionist, as well as received an award from The Pro-Mark Corporation for teaching percussion.
