I was born and raised in Key West Florida, where I lived until moving to the Orlando area in 2004. I have over fifteen years of food and beverage background on both sides of the table. I was a Purchasing Manager and Cost Controller at the finest resorts in Key West. I also sold product for foodservice and liquor companies. With the name Newhouse and the fact that my family has always profited from real estate, I decided to get into real estate. I interviewed fifteen companies before joining EXIT Real Estate. This was one of the most important decisions of my life and I am so happy I made it when I did. Right after my initial training which was great, I found out that my broker and a commercial real estate guru were forging a partnership.
