Biographie Le Cuisine B
On January 29th, 1978 Mario Büsch saw the light of day in the small town of Lübz in Western Pomerania. Up to his sixteenth birthday he spent his time doing sport, fishing or just hanging out… He collected all sorts of things to do with music even at this early stage. He often exchanged things with like-minded people. In general, he liked to listen to anything and enjoyed not committing himself to a certain sound. At high school he was the radio chat-show host and provided his classmates with the hippest sounds during his last two years. After high school he followed his dream and became a chef. During his apprenticeship, his passion for electronic music grew rapidly. He went to several parties and experienced many wonderful moments which became part of his life. After finishing his apprenticeship successfully, Mario served his time with the German Armed Forces. Afterwards he was drawn to Hamburg, where he lived and worked as a chef for one and a half years. He wasn’t alone, he met many like-minded people and had many good times at parties. Techno music developed more and more and the number of aficionados grew! Mario went back to his home where he underwent training to become a supervisor for cooking .During this time he thought about founding his own label… but eventually he put his job first. He decided to go abroad and gain more experience. Well, where do you go as a chef – to Switzerland, needless to say. So Mario spent seven months in Interlaken at the “Victoria Jungfrau”. Again, there were many supporters of electronic music - a fact that made this whole journey even more interesting! Full of energy and creative power, he decided to put his newly gained knowledge into practice back home. He did that by training to become a head chef, which he completed successfully 2 years later. As this was not enough for the still young chef, he also took a one-year wellness and vitality course. In this period the urge to found his own label grew and he met up with friends to realize this idea. “Ostwind-Records” was born. Mario was responsible for all organizational activities like releases, bookings, advertising and so on. Now he could put everything into action that he had collected over the years. Is there anything nicer than working in the artistic fields of cooking and making music? Finally, Mario could divulge his own thoughts in terms of electronic music and this urged him to start his own productions. Now Mario is trying to combine cooking and music under his pseudonym “Le Cuisine B.”! His style switches between many different genres. Detroit, Techhouse, Minimal, it has to work out, there is no definition. Everything is served with a shot of oldschool – this is something he cannot hide anymore.
