About Me

El Paso Parkour was created by several local area parkour practitioners for the soul purpose of helping to educate the public, spread this discipline in the Southwest, and give people interested in it a place to gather and learn. Parkour is often misunderstood because the first time the public is usually exposed to it is through TV commercials or movies, leading people to believe that it is stunt work where unspecialized individuals simply "jump off" of stuff. That could not be any further from the truth. True parkour practitioners (or traceurs) are very dedicated to the discipline. They incorporate the art of movement into every aspect of their lives, using every opportunity to train and make themselves better. Parkour is a serious discipline with serious training.
