Shotgun Zombies
The band started in the beginning of October 2006, and havesince then sharpened their image and produced songs. The first gig took place at Brygget on 15 November that same year. In December they got another guitarist named Alex and a second one in January 2007, Mattias. Right after, Stefan became the lead vocalist.
Inspired by the inner core of horror - death, fear and monsters - the name Corpse originally came to be. The first proposed name was Dead but Dreaming (based upon H.P Lovecraft's novel, The Call of Cthulhu), but the band decided for an easier name.
When the two band members Stefan and Kenny, started to play Misfits and Ramones songs, the inspiration for Corpse formed into shape. After that things kept going.
After changing the name the band started to record their new Demo wich named "Another Dead Dawn".
