I was supposed to be working on the Christmas line (yes! lots of holiday cuteness on the works!) but things are running extra slow because my house is mayhem. 1. What is Fridgid?
Handmade accessories, polymer clay goodies for girls with a serious case of the cuteness.
2. Is everything related to candy and kitsch cuteness?
Yes, Fridgid is all about candy and yumminess. The name itself is a mix of Fridge (and that related to the food pieces I make) and Frigid, I can't really explain why but it sounded funny and sarcastic ahah.
3. Do you ship to my country?
If you live on Planet Earth, yes cutie!
Check out the shipping fee for your country on the Ordering post;
You get a discount on the fees if you buy more than one item, don't worry!
4. Do you only accept Paypal?
No, Paypal is the preferred payment method, but if you don't have a Paypal account let me know and we'll work something out!
5. How long will it take for me to get my package?
All packages are shipped the day after I receive payment, and from that point on you should get your stuff in about a week!
6. Can I ask you to make me a one of a kind item?
Yes! I'd love to make you one. Let me know what you have in mind and we can make something unique for you!
IMPORTANT: I can't always take custom orders, so don't be bummed out if your can't be made immediately - take your time to perfect your idea, and I'll let you know when I'm ready to make it.
7. I really like this necklace, but I'm flat broke. Do you trade?

8. I loved this brooch, but I hate pink. Can I have it in another colour?

Não, Paypal é o método de pagamento preferido, mas se não tens uma conta Paypal existem outros métodos disponíveis!
Em Portugal aceito pagamentos por transferência bancária ou vale postal dos CTT.
5. Quanto tempo demora a minha encomenda a chegar até mim?
Todas as encomendas são enviadas mal o pagamento seja recebido! A partir desse momento, depende do tipo de envio (o registado é mais rápido). Mas, em geral, uma semana.
6. Posso pedir para fazeres uma peça que não está no catálogo?
Sim! Adoraria fazer isso. Diz-me o que tens em mente e podemos criar uma peça única para ti!
