Well my Savior someday (I realize this is a somewhat cliche Christian response to this myspace section, however that hardly detracts from the truth of the statement). Aside from that, Ted Dekker and James Darren. And lots of writers that are unfortunately deceased (except for the freaky ones). Ummm....let's see...Captain Picard but he's not real. After that probably Ewan McGregor (as either Obi-Wan Kenobi or the guy from Big Fish).
Okay, so I didn't know I was a "music person." But after my good friend Sef Rirey introduced me to Indie....I kinda went crazy. Now I have the strangest and most diverse collection of music probably anywhere, ranging from hymns to Metallica to Death Cab for Cutie. At this very moment I'm caught up in the whole folk thing due to my roommate's influences but I usually like just about any kind of music.....except screamo...no screamo.
Wow....lots of movies. I rarely see a movie I hate, actually. My favorites range from the given choices like star wars to old-time movies like "His Girl Friday." I WILL go see just about any movie that has special effects or costumed heroes. In general, explosions are good, and so is well-written dialogue. I know, I know, i'm a paradox.
Big Fish
LotR
Star Trek: Generations
Howl's Moving Castle
The Aristocats
Advent Children
and many, many more!
I'm now a dedicated fan of Firefly. Also, I'm a member of the "LOST in Perks" fanclub, which means I'm an avid LOST fan. Recently, I've also gotten into "Heroes". Aside from that, I really like cartoons like Wile E Coyote and Tom and Jerry. If you're unfortunate enough to be around me when Star Trek is on, you'll also quickly realize that I used to be a Trekkie in High School. All in all, however, I don't really watch too much TV these days because after a while it seems like a waste of time...also I only have a 10 inch TV screen XD
Wow.........lots. I really enjoy things that make me think. Thank you Tolkien, thank you. The Silmarillion is continually right by my computer mouse, and I'm always thumbing through it over and over again. Ted Dekker's stuff is incredible. Poetry and essays from the past also greatly intrigue me, and sci-fi is a time-honored favorite of mine.
The coolest action hero ever - Jesus. Also Jedidiah Smith (a Christian mountain man from the early 1800's, very cool and tough and definitely stood up for God in a wilderness culture that defied morality) and Sam from LOTR (because he's always there for his friend and I admire that).
