Fundamental Management represents UMG recording artists Halfway to Hazard. Halfway to Hazard is David Tolliver (Dtox) and Chad Warrix. Both hail from the coal-country of Eastern Kentucky,Hindman and jackson respectfully, just outside of Hazard. They've been friends since grade school, each performing, making music and raising hell all of their lives.
