He also lives in California and sometimes Romania. Had his first musical experience accompanying his saxophone playing father to rehearsals and live performances, which fueled his passion to entertain people. Buppy’s music repertoire consists of universal reggae styles: dancehall, roots and culture, gospel, lover's rock, jungle, dance, house and calypso. Buppy performs solo sometimes but mostly with his band Buppy & The Uplifters Reggae Band. Buppy has been consistently capturing audiences in some of the hottest nightspots in Hollywood and southern California. When he plays at functions, you can always buy a CD or a Hat from Buppy for remembrance.
