Who are the dolla boyz?
The Dolla Boyz are a rap trio made up of:
Albert E. Henry (a.k.a.) B.A
Rayco hollis (a.k.a.) K.O
Dwight colbert (a.k.a.) TezoAlthough the group has only been together for a short time, there are people already saying this group may be one of the greatest rap groups of the 21st century. It all started in October, 2004 in Milwaukee, WI. a local rap label began producing a rap compilation album. B.A and K.O were part of a group called Hard Hittaz. The label heard some of there music and asked them to join the label. At the same time they heard of a solo artist by the name of Tezo, whom they also asked to join the label. Both Tezo and the Hard Hittaz agreed but nothing was signed. while on the label, the hard hittaz and tezo met and decided to collab on a song together. The song turned out great, but further communication with the label would not go so well. They would go on months at a time, without speaking with the label until both parties went there seperate ways. The hard hittaz then started t have problems when one of the members left. Tezo had also started to have problems looking for producion on his solo album. Tezo then asked B.A if they could work something out for some beats. B.A agreed and they started working on music immediately.The deal was that B.A and K.o feature on two of Tezo songs and Tezo would feature on two of B.A & K.O songs. People started hearing the featured songs and would literally beg for copies. Everywhere they went people asked, "whats the group name"? "When does the album come out"? They didn't know how to respond because as of yet, there were no a group.
