Formed in 2007 and recorded the very first EP ("Begin to Burn") at Grindstone studios with Scott Atkins (Cinders Fall, Cradle of Filth, Romeo Must Die amongst others) and played over 40 shows in 2008 and a similar number of shows in 2009 including a Eastern European Tour. After more lineups than a Brixton police station, The Archaic Decadence have set their sights higher for 2010, and with a second European tour and various UK bookings in the pipeline and work has already begun on the bands second release.The Archaic Decadence have graced the stage with: Trigger The Bloodshed, Everything Burns, Hang The Bastard, The Eyes Of A Traitor, The Comanche Cipher, The Elijah, 5 Symbols, As It Stands, Here Lies Affliction, A Long Time Dead, Beater...and many more
