About the band
In 1993 Chapa was formed by three young brothers from the South of Brazil who started to write and play their own songs. Since then they have travelled extensively around America and Europe promoting their music and playing to huge crowds with massive success.
2006 saw Chapa cross the Atlantic to Europe where they toured throughout countries such as Portugal and Spain and were touted by the music publication, FNAC, as "a new generation rock band to watch out for!"
In 2008 the guys returned to Europe to release their album' Outro Dia' (Another Day) that they wrote and recorded in Rio de Janeiro. They made several television and radio appearances and played in music festivals throughout the year.
Since then Chapa have been dividing their time between Brazil and Europe playing and recording their latest English album 'Creation Room' featuring the hotly anticipated single 'Just a Dream'.
